The West Australian Olive Awards!
Wow! What a month! October has been an outstanding and exciting time for The Sathya Olive Company.
The West Australian Olive Awards were held on Saturday 12th October in Perth and a wonderful evening was had by all. It was the 20th anniversary of these awards and it was a pleasure to have Professor Stan Kailis, the founder of the awards, MC the evening.
Keith and Tanuja were delighted to receive 7 awards on the evening for The Sathya Olive Company including:

Silver Medal - Nuja’s Infusion “Garlic”
SIlver Medal - Nuja’s Infusion “Lemongrass”
Silver Medal - Nuja’s Infusion “Lime”
Silver Medal - Nuja’s Infusion “Orange”
Bronze Medal - Nuja’s Infusion “Chilli & Garlic”
It was wonderful to be presented the trophy for Best Commercial WA Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Show by major sponsor Mr Fred Fairthorne from Farmer Jacks. The West Australian Olive Industry is honoured by the generous contribution of $10,000 from Mr Andrew Forrest of Minderoo Foundation. His support of the West Australian Agriculture Industry is greatly appreciated.
Tanuja Sanders travelled to Albury to attend the 2019 Australian International Olive Awards on Friday 18th October. It was wonderful to share an evening other olive industry professionals and celebrate the industries achievements.
